We are delighted to have been appointed by WUKPG to redevelop a former industrial estate in Reddish to bring much needed modern industrial space.
This space will comprise of 28 individual units accommodated within 6 separate blocks to provide a total of 206,000 sq ft The units range from 3,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft, and feature mezzanine office provision. The project is scheduled for completion in Jan 2024
